Usage

tx_test_LRTedgeR(DTL, tVar, sVar, test_groups, minTrials = 50)

Arguments

DTL

list. List of txDT, into which each element represents a replicate of an experimental dataset.

tVar

character. Variable that represents number of trials, e.g. coverage

sVar

character. Variable that represents number of successes, e.g. start_5p

test_groups

factor. Factor specifying the "WT" and "KO" samples.

minTrials

integer. Minimum number of trials in position to be considered in the statistical testing.
